I inspect all types of commercial buildings. A commercial building is not required to have a licensed inspection prior to purchase. However, to protect yourself from expensive surprizes, it is important that you have any building you want to purchase inspected by a professional inspector to determine the condition of that building. Inspection costs vary as each situation is different, one could be a steel building and another an apartment complex.
